What are your hours of operation?
Answer: Our office hours are 8 AM to 8 PM PST. We provide transportation 24 hours a day 7 days a week with a reservation.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Answer: We accept all major credit cards and cash.
What is included in your price quote?
Answer: For groups of 8 or more, as well as, exclusives, we quote you an all-inclusive rate! That includes gratuity and all discounts available. For groups of 1-7 passengers tip is not included.
What areas do you serve?
Answer: We provide service in Bandon, North Bend, Eugene and Medford airports.
What should I do if my flight has any changes?
Answer (Commercial Flights): We monitor all commercial flights in and out of the Southwest Oregon Regional Airport (OTH). We are aware of all updates that may occur.
Answer (Private Charters): We track all private charters with the tail number provided at booking. Please contact us directly if the tail number is blocked or has been changed.

Do you provide any other services?
Answer: Yes, depending upon request and you are booked with us for your airport transportation.
When do you charge my credit card?
Answer: We charge credit cards 3 days prior to your reservation because we have a 72 hour cancellation policy. If a specific vehicle is reserved then we charge 50% non-refundable 30 days out (includes the 25% deposit at time of booking) and then the remaining 50% non-refundable, is charged 2 weeks out.
Do you require a deposit and when do I pay it?
Answer: We require a 25% deposit at the time of booking when a specific vehicle is reserved. The 25% deposit is non-refundable 30 days prior to your reservation date.
Is there enough room for golf clubs and luggage?
Answer: Each of our vehicles is equipped to fit luggage and clubs for all passengers.
How do I determine my departure pickup time?
Answer: For all commercial flights we schedule our shuttle pickup time two hours prior. For private charters we recommend about an hour before the flight is scheduled to leave.
Do you allow smoking in your vehicles?
Answer: All of our vehicles are strictly NON-SMOKING (includes all vaping). If any passenger smokes in a vehicle a minimum cleaning fee of $250.00 will be added to your bill.
